Military Vehicle Collectors of South Carolina (MVCSC) is an all-volunteer organization whose members share a common interest in educating the public and especially young persons about the vital role the US Armed Forces have played and continue to provide in the development of our nation and its patriotic ideals.
MVCSC activities are designed to engage people in hands-on experiences that open dialogue about US history, career opportunities, basic mechanics, and the place of military service.
MVCSC events are also created with the intent to honor and support veterans and their families from all branches of service, past and present.
MVCSC accomplishes these goals through facilitating the restoration and display of historic military vehicles from the period of World War II through more recent conflicts in the Middle East, with special emphasis upon the Vietnam era.
MVCSC is incorporated in South Carolina as a nonprofit organization, and is recognized as an exempt organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
MVCSC is an affiliate member of the Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA).
